1930s Uranium Glass Beads – SOLD

These Czech uranium facetted multi coloured glass beads were made in the 1920s-1930s.  They have a small amount of uranium in them which makes them iridescent under an ultra violet light, but do not contain enough to be harmful.  They are sparkly and have a lovely glow to them in the sunlight. 

You will also find many Art Deco pieces of uranium glass objects, dressing tables sets, vases etc which are highly sort after by collectors.

They have been re-strung onto a fine silver chain with the original screw closure.

Size:  Total length 19″  Main bead 7/8″ x 5/8″

Condition: Excellent Vintage condition no chips or cracks.
