Miriam Haskell 1930s Brooch – SOLD
Miriam Haskell 1930s Brooch – SOLD
This is a striking early Miriam Haskell 1930s Brooch. The brooch is made up of tiny glass beads individually attached to the gold metal flower petals. There are rose mantees interspersed throughout the brooch. The back plate is a flat shiny gold. The pin is straight and in good order with a roll over safety clasp.
This brooch is documented on page 129 in green, of the ‘Miriam Haskell Jewelry’ book by Cathy Gordon & Sheila Pamfiloff by Schiffer.
The brooch is a very substantial weight due to the glass beads and the layers of metal findings and is an early unsigned example.
