1920s Carnelian Marcasite Brooch – SOLD

This 1920s Carnelian Marcasite Brooch is typical of the Art Deco period where strong straight and angular lines were iconic of the time. This has a role over safety catch and is marked on the pin 925 and faintly on the brooch.

All the marcasites are present and the carnelian, which is a very hard stone, is free of scratches and chips.

Size: 2″ wide x 1/2″ deep

Condition: Excellent vintage

Date: 1920s/1930s
