Jakob Bengel Blue Necklace – SOLD

Jakob Bengel 1920s chrome and petrol blue galalith necklace.  Bengel was famous for his interesting and sometimes complicated linking designs and the use of galalith (french bakelite).  This is a lovely art deco design with lots of different elements making up drops.

Bengel pieces aren’t signed, the design is his signature, sometimes they may have a mark on the clasp ring which reads – Guaranteed or Gesch but that is as much as I’ve ever seen. I believe they did have swing tags, hence they were removed before wearing.

Size: Necklace is 17 1/2″ long  – but could be extended by attaching more rings 

Condition: Excellent Antique
